Cervical Radiculopathy Treatment

Many pain and neurological symptoms such as numbness and weakness in the limbs are often caused by nerve adhesions. Treatment methods do not necessarily require surgery. Traditional treatments for cervical cervical radiculopathy often use X-ray positioning, followed by a contrast agent to confirm drug diffusion. This method is not only time-consuming but also presents challenges as X-rays only visualize bones, making it difficult to avoid blood vessels and nerves surrounding the cervical area. In contrast, we use ultrasound guidance, which clearly visualizes blood vessels, nerves, and other tissues, thereby preventing these issues. The treatment time is relatively short, and patients experience fewer problems and pain associated with the treatment needle entering blood vessels or nerves.

Lumbar Spinal  Treatment

Our hospital pioneered a method combining a safe blunt needle with spinal 3D positioning (precise angle calculations via MRI and C-arm X-ray guidance for needle insertion). This technique directly delivers medication to the compressed nerve site, improving symptoms for patients with lumbar spinal by precisely providing nerve nourishment to the affected area. The treatment time is approximately 20-30 minutes, and pain control is immediate. Post-treatment, patients can stand up and walk. Neurological symptoms such as numbness and weakness typically begin to improve within two weeks.
