In 2020, the Covid 19 epidemic temporarily interrupted Yuan Rung's volunteer clinics in Mongolia. However, Yuan Rung's system has continued to provide long-distance diagnosis and teaching through the 5G smart glasses that are the most advanced in Taiwan, and has even instructed surgeries across the sea, which has amazed the Mongolian medical community and benefited many patients.
Sasha, an 18-year-old Mongolian girl, was diagnosed with adolescent scoliosis and suffered from constant pain. National Trauma and Orthopeadic Center of Mongolia used the 5G smart glasses provided by Yuan Rung to consult Dr. Chen, Chien-Fu of the Department of Orthopaedic of the Yuan Rung Medical System from 3,000 kilometers away, so that Sasha could receive proper treatment.
In March 2021, Yuan Rung Medical System organized an online consultation with a partner hospital in Mongolia. During the meeting, a Mongolian dermatologist reported that his left knee was swollen, painful and weak. After evaluation by Dr. Jen-Te Chen and Drs. Chien-Fu Chen of the Department of Orthopedics of Yuan Rung Medical System, the patient was diagnosed with a torn medial meniscus of the left knee and was recommended to undergo surgery. On April 22nd, the patient underwent endoscopic left knee meniscus repair surgery at the National Trauma and Orthopaedic Center of Mongolia, which allowed the local doctors in Mongolia to learn and grow, and also relieved the patient's pain.

Yuan Rung Medical System spares no effort in promoting international medical care. Due to the Covid 19 epidemic, we were unable to go abroad for the exchange, and on July 22, 2021, we had a seminar on clinical care for patients with new coronary pneumonia with Taichung Veterans General Hospital and several Mongolian national hospitals, and exchanged experiences on clinical care of patients with new coronary pneumonia through video communication.

On August 27, 2021, Yuan Rung Medical System and Lee Women's Hospital, an experienced partner hospital in treating infertility, jointly organized a video conference on the theme "New Era of Artificial Intelligence for Infertility Treatment - AI Embryo Selection and Implantation" with Nalaikh Hospital and Medical Center, which is one of the nine administrative districts in the city of Ulaanbaatar. Nalaikh Hospital and Medical Center, one of the nine administrative districts of Ulaanbaatar City, on August 27, 2021, co-organized an experience-sharing video conference on the theme of "The New Era of Artificial Intelligence in Infertility Treatment - AI Embryo Implantation Selection," which illustrated the latest AI IVF technology used in Taiwan. On December 3, 2021, Yuan Rung Medical System was invited to participate in the International Hospital Management Video Conference organized by the Mongolian Military Hospital, and exchanged views with hundreds of participants, including representatives of local hospitals in India and Mongolia, government officials, and other participants through presentations.
